James has had a distinguished career as a law clerk, graduate, and junior solicitor at T & S Law Firm, having amassed experience in a broad range of legal areas throughout his legal career, including Property Law, Family Law, and Criminal Law.

Since his admission as a Solicitor, James has exclusively practised in Criminal Law, actively preparing and managing cases across various levels of the court system, and briefing both Senior Counsel and Junior Counsel in the Local Court, District Court, and Supreme Court of New South Wales.

James is an experienced court advocate who excels at defending his clients’ rights through complex legal procedures. He has represented clients in a broad range of criminal law and traffic law related matters. He offers clients with easy-to-understand advice, and effective Court room advocacy. He is dedicated to going above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Outside of work, James enjoys building miniature model kits and is an avid fan of films and cinema, with shared interests in history, literature, and social justice.
