Mark is the Clerk at T&S Law Firm, having joined in 2020. He is currently in his penultimate year studying Law and Business at Western Sydney University. Mark brings with him a combined experience nearing half a decade in the law, having started at a community legal centre during his first year as a law student.

Since joining the firm, Mark has assisted in cases in almost every area of the law, ranging from administrative law to defending companies in Work Health & Safety prosecutions. He has also assisted in the briefing of both Junior and Senior Counsels in cases heard all areas of the state judicial system from the Local Court to the New South Wales Court of Appeal.

As the Clerk, Mark is often the first point of contact between T&S Law Firm and external stakeholders including Court Registries, Hospitals, Office Administrative Services – as well being the face clients see when they walk in for the first time!

In his time away from the office, Mark tutors high school students and volunteers at a legal centre in Sydney specialising in Centrelink issues. His secret hobby lies in his fascination with all things breakfast.
