Muhammad Tehseldar

Muhammad was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2012 and a solicitor of the High Court of Australia in 2017.

Since his admission, Muhammad has advised and represented clients in complex criminal proceedings including:

  1. Murder
  2. Large scale drug importation, supply, and possession
  3. Terrorism
  4. Armed robbery
  5. Kidnapping
  6. Firearm & Weapon Offences
  7. Tax fraud
  8. Regulatory prosecutions
  9. Appeals to the District Court and Court of Criminal Appeal

Muhammad also appears in the Queensland and Victorian jurisdictions for similar type matters and works closely with some of the country’s most highly regarded panel of experts including King’s Counsel, medical professors, and mental health clinicians.

Following many successful outcomes in the criminal jurisdiction, Muhammad has gone off to represent clients in seeking monetary compensation from the State of New South for tortious liability arising from unlawful imprisonment, police battery, and malicious prosecution.

Muhammad is an executive member of the Rahma Association of Australia, a not-for-profit organisation, and works alongside community leaders advising on and implementing strategies dealing with disadvantaged members of the community, particularly the youth.
